With no engine noise\, visitors get unmatched access to historic cabins\, churches\, open meadows\, and incredible wildlife viewing. A perfect weekday escape from the Pigeon Forge crowds — head out from Smith Creek Resort early for the best wildlife sightings. Who It’s For: Cyclists\, runners\, walkers\, families\, photographers\, and nature lovers. What to Expect: An 11-mile paved loop closed to cars all day\, historic structures\, deer and bear sightings\, open valley meadows\, and quiet country roads. Do’s: Arrive early (gates open at sunrise)\, rent bikes from the Cades Cove Campground store if needed\, bring water\, and watch for wildlife at a safe distance. Don’ts: Don’t approach wildlife. Don’t litter.
