Smith Creek Resort is a proud part of the Smith Creek Community in Pigeon Forge, TN. As a guest at The Lodges at Smith Creek Reserve, you have exclusive access to Rambling River Waterpark—a private waterpark designed to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for registered guests only.
Waterpark Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please review and adhere to the following rules while enjoying Rambling River Waterpark:
General Guidelines
- Registered Guests Only: The waterpark is exclusively for guests staying at Smith Creek Reserve.
- No Lifeguards on Duty: Guests swim at their own risk.
- Supervision Required: Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Safety Requirements for Children: Any child under 48 inches in height must wear a life jacket. Limited life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, or guests may bring their own USGC-approved life jackets.
- Swim Attire: Appropriate swimwear is required. Clothing with rivets, belts, buckles, or chains is not allowed in pools or spas. Revealing or offensive swimwear is prohibited. Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers.
- Footwear Encouraged: Water shoes are mandatory on the splash pad, and proper footwear is encouraged elsewhere due to hot surfaces.
Food, Drinks, and Personal Items
- Outside Food & Drinks Allowed: Small coolers (16 qt or less) are permitted. No large coolers, glass containers, or outside grills.
- Food & Drinks in Common Areas Only: No food or beverages are allowed in the bodies of water.
- Trash Disposal: Guests must properly dispose of trash in designated containers throughout the park.
- Towels & Sunscreen: Not provided—please bring your own.
Prohibited Items & Activities
- No Loud Music: Please keep noise levels appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
- No Pets Allowed: Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted and must follow Tennessee Health Code regulations.
- No Recreational Vehicles: Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed within the waterpark.
- No Unauthorized Water Equipment: Water guns, large floats, swim fins, and full-face masks are not permitted.
- No Smoking, Vaping, or Alcohol: This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility.
- No Weapons: Weapons, including knives with blades longer than 3 inches, are strictly prohibited.

- Verbal abuse, rude comments, or threats will not be tolerated.
