- A deposit of 25% of the reservation amount is required at booking. Guests should contact customer service to pay a 25% deposit. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival.

- More than 60 days before arrival: 25% of the total is non-refundable.
- 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total is non-refundable.

How much is the cleaning fee?
- Cleaning fees range from $450 to $800, depending on the unit size.
Do you offer mid-stay cleanings?

Is there a fee for hot tub or pool cleaning during our stay?
- Yes, we can schedule hot tub or pool cleaning for an additional charge.

- Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor fire pits.
What are rooftop cabins?

Is the water park open?
- Yes, Rambling River Waterpark is open and available exclusively to guests staying at Smith Creek Resort within the Smith Creek Reserve community.
What are the waterpark hours?
- 10 AM to 10 PM and cant extend if guests are still enjoying. Closes at 10 PM.
Is the waterpark public?
- No, it’s exclusive to community guests.
What is the address of Rambling River Waterpark?
- Rambling River Waterpark is an exclusive amenity located within the Smith Creek Reserve community in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. While it doesn’t have a standalone public address, it’s situated just about 1 mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and only minutes from Dollywood.
What is the Code to Access Waterpark?
- There’s no entry code for the water park, but someone will be at the desk to assist you when you arrive.
Extra charges for the waterpark?
- No, access is included with your reservation.
Does the waterpark provide towels?
- No, please bring towels from your cabin.
Is the waterpark walkable from cabins?
- Yes, it’s a short 2-3 minute walk, safe for kids.
What are the rules for the water park?
Key guidelines include:
- Access is exclusive to registered guests.
- No lifeguards are on duty; guests swim at their own risk.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 48 inches must wear a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
- Appropriate swimwear is required; certain clothing items are prohibited.
- Water shoes are mandatory on the splash pad.
- Outside food and drinks are allowed in small coolers (16 qt or less); glass containers and large coolers are prohibited.
- Food and drinks are permitted only in common areas, not in the water.
- Guests must bring their own towels and sunscreen.
How much does it cost to use the water park if I’m not staying there?
- The water park is an exclusive amenity available free of charge to guests staying at Smith Creek Resort. It is not open to the general public.
Can I bring my own movies to play in the outdoor theater?
- The outdoor movie theater operates on a set schedule with selected films provided by the resort. Bringing and playing personal movies is not accommodated.
Can I play pickleball late at night?
- The pickleball court is available for guest use during designated hours. Late-night play, such as at 1 AM, is generally not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Are all the amenities at the water park currently open?
- The waterpark is fully operational and available exclusively to registered guests of Smith Creek Reserve.
Distance to Dollywood?
- About 3-4 miles (~10-minute drive).
Distance to The Island in Pigeon Forge?
- About 10 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Distance to Pigeon Forge Parkway?
- Only half a mile away, providing quick access.
